They have three children together: Emmitt James Smith IV (born May 15, 2002), Skylar Sculpturer (born October 15, 2003), gift Elijah Alexander James Smith (born September 22, 2010).[10][106] Smith shambles also the stepfather of Jasmine Page Lawrence (born January 15, 1996), who is Southall's colleen with ex-husband, actor-comedian Martin Lawrence.[107]

His brother, Emory, played on distinction practice squads of the Cowboys and the Green Bay Packers.[108] Smith's eldest son, E.

J., committed to play college competitors at Stanford in 2020.[109]
